In this video I am swimming with a flutter board on my side and that makes you learn to breath .

This is my maths as you can see because of my title and the problem is 93-8.

I am really good at summarising because I say all the things I have read about and everything you need to do to be a good summariser.

I need to work on predicting because I don't say a lot of ideas .

Kea

Kea is native to NZ.

Female kea build their nest using dried moss, ferns, leaves and rotten wood.

Kea open plastic rubbish bags and feed on scraps.

Kea are naughty when it comes to finding things.

You have worked so hard in term 3 to achieve your goals.

You are discussing your ideas really well in your reading group and answering a range of questions, using the text to find the clues.

In maths, you have been proud and excited when you achieved your learning goal of finding fractions of numbers. I like the way you are counting in 5's to solve 1/5 of 20.

Our Sugar And Yeast Expearerment

The balloon inflated because the sugar fed the yeast which made co2 gas to make the balloon blow up and we used this tipe of jucie sashay to make it blow up.

Making Bread !!!!

On Wednesday room7 decided to make white bread because our since is change.

These are the ingredients:

Water

Oil

flour

yeast

salt and sugar

and milk powder

1.First put the water in and add the oil into bread tin.

2.After that put in 4 cups of flour in,then put all the other ingredeins in the bread tin.

Put in bread maker when done.

4.Let it rise three times.

Take out of the bread maker and eat and enjoy!!!

I solved this problem by putting the ten's together but it dose not mean that it =95 because you have to add the 5 on as well so that is how i solved that problem.

Reading

In reading I am learning to answer three levels of questions.
I will now show what I mean:
Where are the answers found
Type 1. Right There
The answer is in the story.
It's 'Right There ' for you to read.
Type 2. Thing and Search
Search for the clues in the story and think about your answer
Type 3. On your Own
The answer won't be in the story and you have to find the answer in your head and the book won't give you much help.

How To Brush Your Teeth!

This week we have mrs Mcindoe.
We are learning to: Wite a procedures!

How to brush your teeth

Aim: To brush all the inside your mouth.

Equipmnet: Toothpaste and a tooth brush.

method:
1. Squeeze toothpaste onto your tooth brush.
2. Put a little bit of water on it.
3.Gently brush your the teeth inside your mouth.
4. Spit out the toothpaste.
5. Rinse out the toothpaste in your mouth.
Resuits: Nice clean teeth!

Water turns to ice

This a video about water turns to ice and we had to be put in to and we had to make a play and think of ideas and we had to work together to make a play!

These are Three types of ice and we were doing an experiment with them and a lot more and they all had the same amount of water.

The one on the blue plate was melting the fastest because ti was thinner then the other ones.

The one in the middle was taking a long time to melt.

The first one was melting on an angel.

We were acting a play about water turning into ice and melting back to water.

The snow freezes lakes over with ice.

The trees are brown like bones with snow on them and some snow drops off.

Making Angels in the snow on the ground.

Throwing snowballs at my friends is lots of fun.

Autumn suddenly drifts away and winter comes slowly and then every morning it comes out to play.

Winter grows just like us but in the middle of winter Jack frost bites!

And the dark blue is the verbs

My goal is to write more adjectives in my writing.

In room7 we have been leaning about Disasters.My Disaster was about the Ballantyne fire when a big fire happened in a Department store.It happened in Christchurch

The koru swirls over like the waves.

The koru curves like a roller coaster.

The koru slowly opens up to a new life.

The koru swirls around and around like a snail shell.

Our trip to the marae

On tenth of June rooms 1,2,4,7 and 9 went to the marae at the waikato university.

we got there on the bus.

On the way we where signing some songs at the back and we where
triying to get everybodys atenchin so it was nt so nosiey.
When we where there a lady welcomed us in andthe girls were in the front and the boys were at the back but when we sat down the boys were in the front and the girls were at the back.

When we sat down they talked to us in maori for 1 hour or 2 then it was morning tea time.

We all had some jusie a plan biscit and a choclate biscit.

When we had morning tea Mr Adeson started tlaking and then we started to sing a song.

When we finished we went back and sat down and then we sat down for an hour or two and in that time they speked in maria.

After that was done i was tiyed after from all of that speking in maria.

Ater it had compleatly done we walked back to the bus and went back to class and it was all most lunch time but i had a great day at the marae!
